A message from Clayton & Brewill regarding COVID-19

16th March, 2020

The situation surrounding coronavirus (COVID-19) is fast-moving but we would like to reassure you that we are doing everything we can at Clayton & Brewill to ensure we can continue to support you and your business.

Continuity

At the time of publishing this statement, it is very much ‘business as usual’ at Clayton & Brewill. We are continuing to monitor and follow government advice and are taking suitable precautions, including:

  • Following current government advice regarding self-isolation, including the latest recommendation that team members displaying coronavirus symptoms self-isolate for at least seven days to protect others.
  • Providing our team and visitors with advice and the necessary facilities to ensure appropriate hygiene measures are undertaken.
  • Wherever possible offering alternatives to face-to-face meetings, such as phone or video conference meetings.

We are also taking the necessary steps to ensure that, should government advice change, we are able to continue to provide a high level of service to our clients. Measures include ensuring that:

  • The necessary measures are in place to ensure that our payroll services are unaffected
  • All of our client records and case details are held electronically and can be accessed securely from remote locations.
  • We have the necessary IT equipment to enable our team to work from home, should we need to close the office.
  • We have the video conferencing tools to enable us to stay in touch with clients and hold meetings virtually.
  • Should the office close, we will have any physical post redirected to enable it to be scanned into our systems.

Moving forward

We are continuing to monitor the situation and will follow the latest government advice.

Please be assured that we are taking every step to mitigate the impact of COVID-19. If you have any questions or need advice on how to pro-actively manage the impact on your business, please do not hesitate to contact a member of our team.

We will be in touch if anything changes. In the meantime, please take care.

Neil, Doug and Yvonne
