The morning will begin with coffee and refreshments at 10am before a series of short talks:
Clayton & Brewill's Chloe Hughes will provide a brief update on the new workplace pension rules (known as auto-enrolment) that will affect every employer by the end of 2017, and give you some practical and sensible advice on how to mitigate the impact on your farming business.
Doug Perry will then talk through some tax planning ideas and succession planning advice before our guest speaker, George White of GLW Feeds, gives some insights into strategies for sourcing animal feeds and other commodities.
George Cook of our co-hosts The Anderson's Centre will wrap up the morning with a look at CAP Reform and land and nutrition management.
A buffet lunch will be served at 12.30pm.
